Bei der Ru\u0308ckverfolgbarkeit und Qualit\u00e4tssicherung von Produkten und Labels in Echtzeit ist der Faktor Zeit entscheidend. Gleichzeitig steigen die Anforderungen an die verwendeten Zeichenerkennungssysteme: sie sollen Text, Zahlen, Code besser noch Logos und Grafiken lesen (OCR) und verifizieren (OCV). Der FastCodeReader von IMAGO ist auf hohe Prozessgeschwindigkeiten von bis zu 800m\/min. spezialisiert und arbeitet auch bei hohen F\u00f6rdergeschwindigkeiten zuverl\u00e4ssig und mit hohen Leseraten. Die integrierte Zeilenkamera mit schmalen und langen Bildern ist auf die Bedu\u0308rfnisse langer und einzeiliger Codezeilen auf Verpackungen, Folien und Paketen optimiert (Bildgr\u00f6\u00dfe z.B. 300 x 500 Pixel). Der FastCodeReader ist fu\u0308r vielfache Aufgaben geeignet: Er liest (OCR) Zahlen, Buchstaben und Zeichen und Codes beliebiger Schriftarten wie z.B. Serien-, Chargen-, Produktnummern, Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum oder ganze Adressdateien. <\/span><\/p>\n

Daru\u0308ber hinaus bewertet er die Qualit\u00e4t, Korrektheit und \u00dcbereinstimmung mit den Vorgaben (OCV) von beispielsweise Barcodes oder QR-Codes. Dabei geht das K\u00f6nnen des FastCode Readers weit u\u0308ber die Eigenschaften eines OCR\/OCV Readers hinaus, indem er auch Logos und Grafiken liest und verifiziert.
