Nie mehr Maschinenstillstand durch Ungewissheit, was passiert ist. Ob Maschinen- oder Prozess\u00fcberwachung: Die smarte Kamera im Formfaktor einer Streichholzschachtel l\u00e4sst sich dabei auch in kleine Ger\u00e4te oder an unzug\u00e4nglichen Stellen integrieren, in denen wenig Platz ist. So kann die Fehleranalyse industrieller Prozesse vereinfacht werden.<\/p>\n

DAS PRINZIP DER SMARTEN INDUSTRIEKAMERA<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Kamera nimmt bis zu 20-sek\u00fcndige Videosequenzen auf, speichert diese und codiert sie in einem Standard-Videoformat in der Kamera. Die Videos k\u00f6nnen von dort kopiert und auf jedem beliebigen Computer wiedergegeben werden. Viele Videoplayer k\u00f6nnen auch Zeitlupenanzeigen anzeigen, sodass Szenen detailliert und langsam analysiert werden k\u00f6nnen. Dank eines Ringspeichers in der Kamera werden nur Daten aus dem relevanten Zeitraum vor, w\u00e4hrend oder nach einem bestimmten Trigger-Eingang erfasst. Es entsteht keine Datenflut, die zeitaufwendig analysiert werden m\u00fcsste.<\/p>\n

IDEAL F\u00dcR PROZESS\u00dcBERWACHUNG UND -DOKUMENTATION<\/span><\/p>\n

Die smarte Kamera kann in der Getr\u00e4nke- und Nahrungsmittelindustrie, in der Pharmabranche, aber auch bei Maschinenbau-Unternehmen sowie in der Verpackungs- und Logistikbranche eingesetzt werden. Anstelle einer j\u00e4hrlich erfolgenden Inspektion kann sie die konstante Inspektion der Maschinen bieten. Die Industrial DashCam hilft nicht nur beim Condition Monitoring und bei vorausschauender Wartung. Betrachten wir zum Beispiel einen Prozess wie den End-of-line test.
